TRAINING PROGRAMS

1. (1) The employer is required under clause 26 (1) (l) of the Act to carry out the training programs necessary to enable a committee member to become a certified member, which must be selected in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. (2) In subsection (1),
“carry out” includes paying for the training. O. Reg. 780/94, s. 1 (2).
