PUBLICATION COSTS

1. Where an industry is designated as an interprovincially competitive industry under clause 7 (1) (e) of the Act, the costs and expenses of the publication of,
(a) the terms of a proposed amendment to a Schedule; or
(b) a notice of a conference,
shall be payable by the employers and employees in the industry. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 654, s. 1.
2. The Director shall notify the advisory committee of the industry in writing of the costs and expenses of publication under section 1 and the advisory committee shall thereupon pay the same to the Director out of assessments collected from employers and employees in the industry.
