RECIPROCAL ENFORCEMENT OF ORDERS

Note: This Regulation was revoked on the day Parts I to XXVII of the Employment Standards Act, 2000 come into force. This day has been named as September 4, 2001. See: O. Reg. 292/01, ss. 2, 3.

This is the English version of a bilingual regulation.

1. (1) Each state listed in Column 1 of the Table to this Regulation is declared to be a reciprocating state for the purposes of section 73.1 of the Act. O. Reg. 417/96, s. 1 (1).

(2) The authority listed in Column 2 of the Table is designated as the authority who may make applications under section 73.1 of the Act for the state listed opposite it in Column 1. O. Reg. 417/96, s. 1 (2).
