This Explanatory Note was written as a reader’s aid to Bill 128 and does not form part of the law. Bill 128 has been enacted as Chapter 26 of the Statutes of Ontario, 2002.
The Bill permits the Legislature to name highway bridges and other structures on the King’s Highway in memory of police officers who have died in the line of duty.
