SMALL CLAIMS COURT JURISDICTION
1. (1) The maximum amount of a claim in the Small Claims Court is $10,000.
(2) The maximum amount of a claim over which a deputy judge may preside is $10,000.
2. Ontario Regulation 92/93 is revoked.
3. This Regulation comes into force on April 2, 2001.
