Amending O. Reg. 224/98
(Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities)
1. Section 6 of Ontario Regulation 224/98 is amended by striking out “the benefits set out in subparagraphs i, ii, v, vi and vii of paragraph 1 of subsection 44 (1)” and substituting “the benefits set out in subparagraphs i, ii, v, vi and vii of paragraph 1 and in paragraph 1.1 of subsection 44 (1)”.
2. This Regulation shall be deemed to have come into force on November 1, 2004.
