Exemptions, prescribed amounts

1. For the purposes of section 2 of the Act, an amount set out in Column 2 of the Table to this section is prescribed for the chattels described in the paragraph of section 2 of the Act set out in Column 1 of the Table opposite the prescribed amount.

Sale and refund, prescribed amounts

2. (1) For the purposes of subsection 3 (1) of the Act, the prescribed amount referred to in subsection 3 (1.1) of the Act is $11,300.

(2) For the purposes of subsection 3 (2) of the Act, the prescribed amount referred to in subsection 3 (4.1) of the Act is $28,300.

(3) This section is revoked on the day that section 6 of Schedule B to the Good Government Act, 2005 receives Royal Assent.
