Amending O. Reg. 26/05
(General)
1. The following provisions of Ontario Regulation 26/05 are amended by striking out “section 53” wherever that expression appears and substituting in each case “clause 12 (1) (c) of the Safety and Consumer Statutes Administration Act, 1996”:
1. Paragraph 2 of section 5.
2. Paragraph 2 of section 6.
2. Subsection 52 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following clause:
(a.1) payments that registrants are required to make to the Fund under clause 12 (1) (c) of the Safety and Consumer Statutes Administration Act, 1996;
3. Sections 53 and 54 of the Regulation are revoked.
4. Section 64 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:
(2) The administrative authority shall deposit into the Fund all payments that it receives under clause (1) (b).
