Amending Reg. 68 of R.R.O. 1990

1. (1) Subsection 1 (1) of Regulation 68 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Form 1” and substituting “the form approved by the Registrar General”.
(2) Subsection 1 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Form 2” and substituting “the form approved by the Registrar General”.
(3) Subsection 1 (6) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “in Form 3” and substituting “in the form approved by the Registrar General”.
(4) Subsection 1 (7) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “in Form 4” and substituting “in the form approved by the Registrar General”.
2. (1) Subsection 2 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “in Form 5” and substituting “in the form approved by the Registrar General”.
(2) Subsection 2 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “in Form 6” and substituting “in the form approved by the Registrar General”.
(3) Subsection 2 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “in Form 7” and substituting “in the form approved by the Registrar General”.
3. (1) Subsection 3 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “in Form 5” and substituting “in the form approved by the Registrar General”.
(2) Subsection 3 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “in Form 7” and substituting “in the form approved by the Registrar General”.
(3) Subsection 3 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “in Form 6” and substituting “in the form approved by the Registrar General”.
(4) Subsection 3 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “in Form 6” and substituting “in the form approved by the Registrar General”.
4. Subsection 4 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “in Form 8” and substituting “in the form approved by the Registrar General”.
5. Forms 1 to 8 of the Regulation are revoked.
6. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
