Amending Reg. 636 of R.R.O. 1990

(General)

1. Section 43 of Regulation 636 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(10.1) Payments from a registered disability savings plan, as defined in subsection 146.4 (1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada), shall not be considered to be income for the purposes of subsection (10).

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
