Amending Reg. 298 of R.R.O. 1990
(Operation of Schools — General)
1. The French version of subsection 19 (6) of Regulation 298 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “diplôme” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “grade”.
2. Section 23 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:
(1.1) Clause 23 (1) (c) does not authorize corporal punishment and does not require a pupil to accept corporal punishment.
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
