Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

(Proceedings Commenced by Certificate of Offence)

1. (1) Schedule 43 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following items:

(2) Item 341.1 of Schedule 43 to the Regulation is revoked.

(3) Items 465.1, 466.1 and 467.1 of Schedule 43 to the Regulation are revoked.

(4) Items 468 to 468.3 of Schedule 43 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

Fail to slow down and proceed with caution for emergency vehicle

Fail to move into another lane for emergency vehicle — if safe to do

2. Schedules 47 and 84 to the Regulation are revoked.

3. (1) Subject to subsections (2), (3) and (4), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 1 (1) comes into force on the later of January 1, 2010 and the day this Regulation is filed.

(3) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on the later of the day section 41 of the Road Safety Act, 2009 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

(4) Subsections 1 (3) and (4) come into force on the later of the day section 49 of the Road Safety Act, 2009 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
