Amending O. Reg. 231/08

(Transit Projects and Greater Toronto Transportation Authority Undertakings)

1. Item 16 of the Table to section 1 of Schedule 2 to Ontario Regulation 231/08 is revoked and the following substituted:

Transit project potentially affects social service or health facilities

Ministry of Community and Social Services district office Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and applicable Local Health Integration Network (LHIN)

Long-term care homes Psychiatric homes Group homes Hospitals Assistive Living Settings

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
