Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(Speed Limits)

1. (1) Paragraph 10 of Part 3 of Schedule 12 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Regional Municipality of Peel — Town of Caledon

10. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 10 (Hurontario Street) in the Town of Caledon in The Regional Municipality of Peel lying between a point situate from the centre line of the underpass structure of the King’s Highway known as No. 410 and a point situate 280 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the northerly limit of the roadway known as Peel Regional Road No. 9 (King Street).

(2) Part 6 of Schedule 12 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

Regional Municipality of Peel — Town of Caledon

8. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 10 (Hurontario Street) in the Town of Caledon in The Regional Municipality of Peel lying between a point situate 50 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Collingwood Avenue/Highwood Road and a point situate 170 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Snelcrest Drive/Royal Valley Drive.

2. Paragraph 1 of Part 3 of Schedule 208 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Regional Municipality of Peel — City of Brampton — Town of Caledon

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 410 in The Regional Municipality of Peel beginning at a point situate 425 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Kennedy Road in the City of Brampton and extending northerly for a distance of 793 metres to the centre line of the overpass structure known as King’s Highway No. 10 (Hurontario Street) in the Town of Caledon.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
