Amending O. Reg. 225/98
(Administration and Cost Sharing)
1. Subsection 2 (1) of Ontario Regulation 225/98 is amended by striking out “sections 5.0.1, 5.0.4 and 5.0.5” and substituting “sections 5.0.1, 5.0.5 and 5.0.6”.
2. Section 5.0.4 of the Regulation is revoked.
3. The Regulation is amended by adding the following section:
5.0.6 With respect to 2010, no amount is payable by a delivery agent with respect to the increase in the cost of assistance that results from amendments made to Ontario Regulation 222/98 (General), made under the Act, by Ontario Regulation 381/10.
4. This Regulation comes into force on November 1, 2010.
