Amending O. Reg. 205/10
(O. Reg. 205/10 was an amendment to O. Reg. 340/94 – Drivers’ Licences)
1. Subsection 13 (5) of Ontario Regulation 205/10 is revoked and the following substituted:
(5) Section 9 comes into force on January 1, 2011.
