Amending Reg. 734 of R.R.O. 1990

(Establishment of Local Roads Areas — Northeastern and Eastern Regions)

1. Schedule 7 to Regulation 734 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

SECORD LOCAL ROADS AREA

All those portions of the townships of Secord and Tilton in the Territorial District of Sudbury shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-1260-6, filed with the Records Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on August 12, 2010.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
