Amending O. Reg. 221/11
(Extended Day and Third Party Programs)
1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 221/11 is revoked.
2. Section 2.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “In the 2014/2015 school year and every subsequent school year” at the beginning.
3. (1) Subsection 3 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Despite section 2 or 2.1” at the beginning” and substituting “Despite section 2.1”.
(2) Subsection 3 (2) of the Regulation is revoked.
4. Section 4 of the Regulation is revoked.
5. Subsection 9 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Despite section 2 or 2.1” at the beginning in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “Despite section 2.1”.
6. Section 14 of the Regulation is revoked.
7. Section 15 of the Regulation is revoked.
8. (1) Paragraph 2 of subsection 27 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “For the 2012/2013 school year and subsequent school years” at the beginning in the portion before subparagraph i.
(2) Paragraph 3 of subsection 27 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “For the 2012/2013 school year and subsequent school years” at the beginning in the portion before subparagraph i.
(3) Paragraph 4 of subsection 27 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out the portion before subparagraph i and substituting the following:
4. The board affirms to the Minister, in a form specified by the Minister, no later than May 15 of the preceding school year, that,

9. Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked.
Commencement
10. This Regulation comes into force on the later of September 1, 2014 and the day this Regulation is filed.
