Amending O. Reg. 134/98

1. (1) The French version of the heading immediately before section 36 of Ontario Regulation 134/98 is revoked and the following substituted: 

Inobservation de la demande de renseignements exigés à l’égard des régimes Alimentaires spéciaux 

(2) The French version of subsection 36 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “régime spécial” and substituting “régime alimentaire spécial”.

(3) The French version of subsection 36 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “régime spécial” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “régime alimentaire spécial”.

2. The French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “régime spécial” wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting in each case “régime alimentaire spécial”:

1. Paragraph 4 of subsection 41 (1), in the portion before subparagraph i.

2. Subsection 41 (2),

i. in the portion before paragraph 1, and

ii. in paragraphs 1 and 2.

3. Subsection 41 (3),

i. in the portion before paragraph 1,

ii. in subparagraph 1 i,

iii. in paragraph 2, in the portion before subparagraph i, and

iv. in subparagraph 2 ii.

3. The French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “régime spécial”  wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting in each case “régime alimentaire spécial”:

1. Paragraph 3 of subsection  44 (1), in the portion before subparagraph i.

2. Paragraph 5 of subsection 44 (2), in the portion before subparagraph i.

3. Paragraph 3 of subsection 44 (3), in the portion before subparagraph i.

4. Subsection 44 (6),

i. in the portion before paragraph 1, and

ii. in paragraphs 1 and 2.

5. Subsection 44 (7),

i. in the portion before paragraph 1,

ii. in subparagraph 1 i,

iii. in paragraph 2, in the portion before subparagraph i, and

iv. in subparagraph 2 ii.

4. Subsection 52 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

17. A payment or refund received under section 103.1 of the Taxation Act, 2007 for the children’s activity tax credit.

5. Subsection 54 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

24. Payments made by Ontario or Canada pursuant to an aboriginal land claim settlement agreement.

6. Subparagraph 1 iv of subsection 55 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Ministry of Health” and substituting “Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care”.

7. The French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “régime spécial” wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting in each case “régime alimentaire spécial”:

1. Clause 57 (5) (c), in the portion before subclause (i).

2. Subsection 57 (9),

i. in the portion before paragraph 1, and

ii. in paragraphs 1 and 2.

3. Subsection 57 (10),

i. in the portion before paragraph 1,

ii. in subparagraph 1 i,

iii. in paragraph 2 in the portion before subparagraph i, and

iv. in subparagraph 2 ii.

Commencement

8. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
