Amending O. Reg. 516/06

(General)

1. Subclauses 6 (2) (a) (iv) and (v) of Ontario Regulation 516/06 are revoked and the following substituted:

(iv) a local housing corporation as defined in the Housing Services Act, 2011, or

(v) a service manager as defined in the Housing Services Act, 2011;

2. Clause 7 (1) (d) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(d) the unit is subject to an agreement for the provision of housing services between the landlord and a service manager as defined in the Housing Services Act, 2011.

3. (1) The French version of subsection 12 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “pour une période de location” and substituting “pour une période de location, pour le paiement du loyer à la date d’échéance ou avant cette date,”.

(2) The French version of paragraph 2 of subsection 12 (6) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “la remise de loyer la plus élevée correspond à la remise la plus élevée” and substituting “la remise admissible la plus élevée correspond à la remise de loyer la plus élevée”.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 184 of Schedule 1 (Housing Services Act, 2011) to the Strong Communities through Affordable Housing Act, 2011 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
