Amending Reg. 630 of R.R.O. 1990

(Vehicles on Controlled-Access Highways)

1. Paragraph 23 of Schedule 1 to Regulation 630 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

23. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the City of Greater Sudbury lying between a point situate at its intersection with the middle junction of the roadway known as Municipal Road 55 and a point situate 1100 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the west junction of the roadway known as Municipal Road 55.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
