Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(speed limits)

1. (1) Paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 21 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

Renfrew — Towns of Deep River and Laurentian Hills

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the County of Renfrew lying between a point situate 185 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as Pinewood Place in the Town of Deep River and a point situate 465 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Renfrew County Road No. 635/Swisha Road in the Town of Laurentian Hills.

District of Nipissing — Twp. of Papineau

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 lying between a point situate 615 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Renfrew County Road No. 635/Swisha Road in the Town of Laurentian Hills in the County of Renfrew and a point situate 850 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Dorion Street in the Township of Papineau in the Territorial District of Nipissing.

5. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Town of Laurentian Hills in the County of Renfrew lying between a point situate 96 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as Munro Street and a point situate 550 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Gutzman Road.

(2) Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 3 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

Renfrew — Towns of Laurentian Hills and Deep River

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the County of Renfrew lying between a point situate 550 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Gutzman Road in the Town of Laurentian Hills and a point situate 60 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Wylie Road/Banting Road in the Town of Deep River.

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Town of Deep River in the County of Renfrew lying between a point situate 35 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as Thomas Street and a point situate 185 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as Pinewood Place.

(3) Paragraphs 6 and 11 of Part 4 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

Renfrew — Town of Laurentian Hills

6. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Town of Laurentian Hills in the County of Renfrew lying between a point situate 465 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Renfrew County Road No. 635/Swisha Road and a point situate 615 metres measured westerly from the said intersection.

District of Sudbury — Twp. of Sables-Spanish Rivers

11. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Township of Sables-Spanish Rivers in the Territorial District of Sudbury lying between a point situate 170 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 553 and a point situate 525 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Aberdeen Street.

(4) Paragraph 9 of Part 5 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

9. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Town of Laurentian Hills in the County of Renfrew lying between a point situate 245 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as Main Street and a point situate 96 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as Munro Street.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
