Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 17 of Part 3 of Schedule 6 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Regional Municipality of Halton — Town of Halton Hills

17. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 in the Town of Halton Hills in The Regional Municipality of Halton lying between a point situate 100 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Coles Court and a point situate 100 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Trafalgar Road (South Junction).

(2) Part 5 of Schedule 6 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

Regional Municipality of Halton — Town of Halton Hills

6. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 in the Town of Halton Hills in The Regional Municipality of Halton lying between a point situate at its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as Hall Road and a point situate 50 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Willow Park Road.

7. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 in the Town of Halton Hills in The Regional Municipality of Halton lying between a point situate 510 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limits of the roadway known as Churchill Road and a point situate 100 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Coles Court.

8. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 in the Town of Halton Hills in The Regional Municipality of Halton lying between a point situate 100 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Trafalgar Road (South Junction) and a point situate 150 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Hyland Avenue.

(3) Part 6 of Schedule 6 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

8. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 in the Town of Halton Hills in The Regional Municipality of Halton lying between a point situate 100 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as Ontario Street and a point situate 150 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Hyland Avenue.

(4) Paragraph 14 of Part 6 of Schedule 6 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Regional Municipality of Halton — Town of Halton Hills

14. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 in the Town of Halton Hills in The Regional Municipality of Halton lying between a point situate at its intersection with the northerly limit of the roadway known as Elizabeth Drive and a point situate 100 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lakeview Avenue.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
