Amending O. Reg. 834/81

(Restricted Areas — territorial district of sudbury)

1. Clause 2 (a) of Ontario Regulation 834/81 is amended by striking out “Aylmer”, “Mackelcan”, “Parkin” and “Rathbun”.

2. Subsection 4 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Aylmer”, “Mackelcan”, “Parkin” and “Rathbun”.

3. Section 96 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked.

4. Sections 114, 115, and 116 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation are revoked.

5. Section 126 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked.

6. Section 160 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

7. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
