Amending Reg. 441 of R.R.O. 1990
(VEGETABLES FOR PROCESSING — PLAN)
1. The definition of “vegetables” in subsection 2 (1) of the Schedule to Regulation 441 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “cucumbers, green peas” and substituting “cucumbers, Spanish-type onions used for onion rings, green peas”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2013 and the day it is filed.
