(DRIVERS’ LICENCES)
1. (1) Paragraph 5 of subsection 26 (1) of Ontario Regulation 340/94 is revoked and the following substituted:

(2) Paragraph 7 of subsection 26 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Commencement
2. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsection 1 (1) comes into force on the later of September 1, 2013 and the day this Regulation is filed.
(3) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on November 1, 2015.
