Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraphs 49 and 50 of Part 2 of Schedule 21 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

Renfrew — Town of Arnprior — Twp. of Whitewater Region

49. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the County of Renfrew lying between a point in the eastbound lanes situate 2355 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as White Lake Road/Daniel Street in the Town of Arnprior and a point situate 85 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Foresters Falls Road in the Township of Whitewater Region.

50. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the County of Renfrew lying between a point in the westbound lanes situate 1059 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as White Lake Road/Daniel Street in the Town of Arnprior and a point situate 85 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Foresters Falls Road in the Township of Whitewater Region.

(2) Paragraph 15 of Part 4 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Renfrew — Twp. of Whitewater Region

15. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Township of Whitewater Region in the County of Renfrew beginning at a point situate 85 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Foresters Falls Road and extending westerly for a distance of 400 metres.

(3) Paragraph 1 of Part 6 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Renfrew — Twp. of Whitewater Region

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Township of Whitewater Region in the County of Renfrew lying between a point situate 485 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Foresters Falls Road and a point situate 440 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Wallace Drive.

2. Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 130 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

Prescott and Russell
Renfrew — Town of Arnprior

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 417 lying between a point situate at its intersection with the Ontario-Quebec boundary in the County of Prescott and Russell and a point in the eastbound lanes situate 2355 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as White Lake Road/Daniel Street in the Town of Arnprior in the County of Renfrew.

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 417 lying between a point situate at its intersection with the Ontario-Quebec boundary in the County of Prescott and Russell and a point in the westbound lanes situate 1059 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as White Lake Road/Daniel Street in the Town of Arnprior in the County of Renfrew.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
