DESIGNATED DISEASES

Designated diseases

1. The following diseases are prescribed for the purposes of the definition of “designated diseases” in section 1 of the Act:

1. Meningococcal disease.

2. Pertussis.

3. Varicella.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2014 and the day it is filed.
