Amending O. Reg. 599/06

(MUNICIPAL SERVICES CORPORATIONS)

1. Subsection 2 (2) of Ontario Regulation 599/06 is amended by striking out “Sections 7, 12, 13, 14 and 15” at the beginning and substituting “Sections 7, 13, 14 and 15”. 

2. Section 12 of the Regulation is revoked.

3. Paragraph 5 of section 22 of the Regulation is revoked.

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
