Repeal of succession duty legislation

The Succession Duty Act

1 (1) The Succession Duty Act, being chapter 449 of the Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1970, is repealed to the extent it continues to be in force under section 1 of The Succession Duty Repeal Act, 1979 and applies in respect of a person who died before April 11, 1979.  2009, c. 34, Sched. T, s. 1 (1).

The Succession Duty Act Supplementary Provisions Act, 1980

(2) The Succession Duty Act Supplementary Provisions Act, 1980 is repealed.  2009, c. 34, Sched. T, s. 1 (2).
