18. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Schedule comes into force on the day the Budget Measures Act, 2006 (No. 2) receives Royal Assent.

  

18. (1) Sous réserve du paragraphe (2), la présente annexe entre en vigueur le jour où la Loi de 2006 sur les mesures budgétaires (no 2) reçoit la sanction royale.

(2) Sections 1 to 16 come into force on a day to be named by proclamation of the Lieutenant Governor.

  

(2) Les articles 1 à 16 entrent en vigueur le jour que le lieutenant-gouverneur fixe par proclamation.
