88. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into force on the day it receives Royal Assent.

  

88. (1) Sous réserve du paragraphe (2), la présente loi entre en vigueur le jour où elle reçoit la sanction royale.

(2) Section 83, subsection 84 (2) and section 87 come into force on a day to be named by proclamation of the Lieutenant Governor.

  

(2) L’article 83, le paragraphe 84 (2) et l’article 87 entrent en vigueur le jour que le lieutenant-gouverneur fixe par proclamation.
