A proclamation issued July 1, 2003 provided for the repeal of subsection 13 (6) by proclaiming in force subsection 34 (1) of the Ontario Casino Corporation Act, 1993 on July 1, 2003. Subsection 34 (1) of that Act provided for the repeal of subsection 13 (6) on proclamation. However, subsection 34 (1) of the Ontario Casino Corporation Act, 1993 was repealed on April 1, 2000 (see S.O. 1999, c. 12, Sch. L, s. 20). | |||
