110. (1) Except as provided in subsections (2) and (3), this Act comes into force on the day it receives Royal Assent. |

(2) Part III, other than subsection 18 (1), Parts IV, VI and IX, other than section 103 and subsection 106 (2), and section 109 come into force on April 1, 1999. |

(3) Subsection 106 (2) comes into force only if An Act to amend the Law Society Act, being Bill 53 of the 2nd Session of the 36th Legislature, receives Royal Assent and on the later of the day subsection 106 (1) comes into force and the day Bill 53 comes into force. |
(3) Le paragraphe 106 (2) n'entre en vigueur que si la Loi modifiant la Loi sur le Barreau, qui constitue le projet de loi 53 de la 2e session de la 36e Législature, reçoit la sanction royale.
