Amending Reg. 57 of R.R.O. 1990

1. Regulation 57 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amending by adding the following section:
Pests
2.1 The small hive beetle known as Aethina tumida is designated as a pest for the purposes of the Act.
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2011 and the day it is filed.
